Implementing the latest dental technology, Dr. Caseldine performs a variety of cosmetic, restorative and implant procedures designed to give you the beautiful and healthy smile you deserve.

Mini Dental Implants

Mini Dental Implants have changed the way we look at implant dentistry. A Titanium alloy essentially replaces the root of the tooth. A porcelain crown or denture is then created to replace the missing teeth or stabilize the denture.

The benefits of choosing the Mini Dental Implant system over the Traditional Dental Implant system are numerous.

Less Costly

  • Mini Dental Implants are approximately half the cost of traditional implants.

Less Invasive

  • Traditional Implants require a much larger hole to accommodate the size of the larger implant and thus a 4 to 6 month healing time is necessary for the implant to stabilize enough to place the crown or denture. Mini implants are smaller and self-taping, which means the way they are placed initiates stability. Healing time is reduced to 4 to 6 weeks and a temporary crown is placed at the time of implant placement.
  • Unlike Traditional Implants, Mini Dental Implants rarely require bone grafting or sinus lifting procedures.

Most Everyone Is a Candidate

Many patients who are not candidates for traditional implants due to extensive bone loss are eligible for Mini Dental Implants because the procedure requires less residual bone.

Porcelain Veneers

Non-prep Veneers are the perfect cosmetic solution for permanently stained, chipped, discolored or misaligned teeth. Non-prep Veneers can even revitalize old crowns and bridgework without the need for replacement. They can be placed over existing teeth without painful removal of sensitive tooth structure (unlike traditional veneers).

Endodontics

Endodontics is the area of dentistry dealing with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of dental pulp disorders. Endodontic therapy (root canal) is a treatment modality that saves diseased or injured teeth. Typically, a severely decayed tooth or a tooth with a large filling will begin to ache. At first, the pain might be intermittent, but can progress over time to a constant dull throbbing or severe ache that might be felt on all teeth on the affected side.

Periodontal Care

Periodontics involves the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the supporting and surrounding tissues of the teeth.  Periodontal disease is caused mainly by the accumulation of bacteria (plaque). The destructive toxins and enzymes produced by these bacteria can cause the gum tissues to detach from the tooth, thereby forming a space called the periodontal pocket.

Tooth Whitening

Whitening your smile is one of the least expensive and least invasive ways to enhance your appearance. We have a variety of tooth whitening options to fit your lifestyle, as well as your checkbook. Techniques range from disposable or customized trays to one-hour in-office whitening that can lighten your teeth up to 10 shades or more.
